Wholesale Terms and Conditions

WHOLESALE TERMS + CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in selling Funny Parent Gifts products. To become a seller, you must agree to the following terms and conditions and submit a Wholesale Application. Once received, we will review your application and contact you with the next steps to place your first order.

HOW TO ORDER

Orders may be placed via email at wholesale@funnyparentgifts.com or online via your guest account at https://funnyparentgifts.com/. A completed Wholesale Application for new accounts must be approved prior to shipment of first orders.

ORDER MINIMUMS

$200 minimum for opening orders. $150 minimum for reorders. Please consult product listings for per-item minimums.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders ship within one week. During busy periods, kindly allow up to three weeks for your order to be processed prior to shipment.

PAYMENT

Orders are payable by check, credit card, or PayPal. Payments are processed at the time of order. Net 30 terms are available to existing approved customers upon request and must be paid on time by check (no credit card payments on Net 30 accounts). Funny Parent Gifts reserves the right to revoke Net 30 privileges. Late payments will accrue interest of 10% per month.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. International orders may ship via DHL, depending on cost effectiveness. For international shipments, shipping costs and applicable duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Funny Parent Gifts is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage.

BACKORDERS

In the case of an item being back-ordered, you will be contacted with a new shipping timeline for the item and given the opportunity to remove it from your order. Back-orders are shipped immediately as they become available.

ADJUSTMENTS, RETURNS, & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the fact that many orders are processed within a day of being received, adjustments or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order. Returns of bulk or wholesale orders are not accepted unless damaged or incorrect stock have been received. Damages or incorrect shipments must be reported within seven days of receipt.

ONLINE SELLING

Resale of Funny Parent Gifts products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, or other similar platforms is not permitted.

OUR QUALITY PROMISE:

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail wholesale@funnyparentgifts.com and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges may be denied:

- Products with obvious signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The purchase price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within one week of being notified that your refund request was approved, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at wholesale@funnyparentgifts.com.

Please return this completed form with the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s appropriately sized and protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as Funny Parent Gifts is not responsible for lost shipments.

Replacement items will be shipped back to you via standard delivery.  If you need faster delivery, you will be responsible for shipping costs.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are requesting an exchange, once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment.  If the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
